  • Customized or special-order items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

For exchanges, please specify the new item you would like. We will process the exchange once the original item has been received and inspected.
